This five tube superheterodyne receiver covers the Standard Broadcast band and one SW band (5.5-18.0Mhz). All capacitors and out of tolerance resistors have been replaced and tubes conduct within manufacturer's specifications. The cabinet is finished in soft satin and the appearance is very pleasing with intricate pattern inlays in the cabinet. This model features the "tuning eye" which is a visual indication of the signal strength. The six channel push button station selection is easy to set and the tuning mechanism operates smoothly.
