Philco 52-942 (1952)
(plastic tube table radio)

Philco 52-942 (1952)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

A seldom seen half-moon sunburst dial from Philco that is more beautiful today than it was back in the day - in my opinion. A truly classic dial design that begs attention! Philco called it maroon Bakelite, but it's a mix of brown and maroon, I think. Whatever ya call it please include the word gorgeous! Electronically recondition and all six tubes are strong. You bet it's a Jim Dennis "Scale of Beauty" Robert Mitchum Sundowner's Special! If you'd like additional pictures please let me know.
