THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

If it rang you'd be tempted to pick it up and answer it! Well, you can pick it up and take it to the beach "if" ya' have the right batteries. This AC/battery ebony Bakelite Crosley from '46 looks just like the 'ol Bakelite phones back in the day. It's been electronically reconditioned, with new capacitors, resistors checked for tolerance, tubes checked and a new power cord added. External antenna connector for greater sensitivity. I have touched up a few places on the ivory grille. On the inside of the dial scale just below the "C" note the pin streak of gold missing. That's it! A Frankie Avalon beach go'n "Venus!"
