Philco made 'em right! Here's a sixty year old cream colored Bakelite Philco radio with its original factory paint. Yes, Philco painted them right and engineered them right! This radio plays as good as it looks! I love this model because when you find a 'nice' one they'll remain timeless - forever! The back is in good shape. The five tubes are strong - a couple appear to be original. New capacitors with resistors checked for tolerance issues, etc. Sounds real good! Absolutely minimal wear! If you'd like additional pics please let me know.
