THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a seven-tube AM-FM-AFC modern styled white plastic and gold grille set. It is the "later" model as Zenith made a K725 AM-FM set back in 1953 as well. It features a large 7"x 4" oval speaker which has excellent sound reproduction with a tone control as well. This was one of Zenith's last hand wired tube radios. It has high selectivity and sensitivity on the FM band especially. It has a built in antenna and couplings for an extra FM antenna on the back. I went through this set and replaced the filters and did a diode conversion to replace the selenium rectifier and made sure the tubes were good as well, the "Quality was built in before the Name went on" with this one. 14"W x 8"H x 7"D.
