One of the hobby's iconic radios: the Philco 45, the "Butterfly." From 1935, six tubes, AM & Shortwave reception. This beautiful example retains its original excellent finish and the chassis has undergone a complete review. All failed or weak components have been replaced. Radio places nicely receiving stations along the dial. New power cord. A great radio for any collector or would make a wonderful holiday gift. Will be expertly packed and promptly shipped. This is a heavy radio (30+ pounds) so I will have to provide you with a shipping quote; I would most likely use FedEx Ground for the best price and safest delivery. 19"W x 9-1/2"H x 8"D.
