THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This Zenith radio is nothing less than gorgeous with its Black Walnut body inlaid with Mahogany veneer. At Joe's Radio Shop, there are never any shortcuts taken in our restorations. All of the wax/paper capacitors have been changed and the resistors and tubes tested and replaced as needed. A precise alignment was performed, allowing this six-tube, two-band (SB, SW) beauty to receive clear broadcasts across the dial. The chassis, speaker, knobs and the hard-to-find wood back are original to the set. Notice the unusual control layout on this variation of the Zenith "Cube" series: the top knob is the on-off-volume control, the second knob is the tuner and the bottom knob is the band switch. The cabinet has been professionally refinished with the finest grain filler, toners and lacquer. It has been polished to a gleaming luster for a "factory like" finish. 14"W x 10"H x 8"D.
