General Electric L512 (1942)

General Electric L512 (1942)
Here we have a beautiful and original General Electric AAF (All-American Five) with a Bakelite cabinet and Catalin handle. This five-tube, AM only radio is in pristine condition! The wax/paper capacitors have been replaced with the new long lasting Epoxy caps, and the resistors and tubes were checked and replaced where needed. A precise alignment was done and the original back with the internal tuned antenna loop bring in local broadcasts across the dial. The cabinet has no chips or cracks and the chassis, speaker and knobs are original to the set. A crystal-clear dial cover completes the restoration. 9"W x 6"H x 6"D.  $289.00. (1600124)
