This very rare and unusual high-impedance 8-inch Utah speaker is housed in a unique mahogany cabinet. When audio is applied to the transformer primary, you can hear it in the speaker. When the original Bryant switch on the power cord is turned on, the volume increases significantly. Blake has fully checked out the speaker and replaced the only capacitor with a new one of equal value. The original power cord was replaced with a cloth reproduction and the speaker cables are original and in great condition. Gary has refinished the mahogany cabinet with the proper toning lacquer for an original like-new satin finish. A new period grille cloth was added to match the original pattern. This beautifully restored speaker cabinet will operate on any AC or DC (battery) radio requiring a two pin jack. It is quite heavy at 22 pounds.
