Again, the team at Joe's Radio Shop brings you the finest in Antique Radio collecting. 1939 was Zenith's first year for push-button tuning and tone control with a different, iconic Zenith black dial. This seven-tube, three-band (SB, SW, Police) is one of the most beautiful radios Zenith produced. Blake once again did a great job, replacing all capacitors, bad resistors, bad tubes, power cord, a new and active green tuning-eye tube, and aligned the radio. It draws in a lot of stations clear and loud across the dial. Gary outdid himself on an outstanding refinish. This radio boasts several types of veneer in an unusual and beautiful design. American and English Walnut, African Zebra wood, Maple, quilted Maple and Australian Laurel. What a beautiful addition to any living room or office, and anyone that enters the room will be drawn to it! You'll never regret buying the best! Free domestic shipping on this radio until December 15! 42"H x 26"W x 15"D. |
