THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here we a five-tube, AC/DC, Mantola radio, sold nationwide by B.F. Goodrich out of their tire stores. Some of the Mantola radios were manufactured by Radio Products Company out of Chicago, but it's possible that many companies made the Mantola brand for B.F. Goodrich, including Admiral and Detrola. Mantola is sought after by discriminating radio collectors for their looks and performance. Blake performed his magic bringing this radio to life replacing capacitors, bad resistors, bad tubes, power cord and then aligned it for peak performance across the AM dial. This beautiful radio looks like Catalin but is actually Bakelite, free from cracks or defects, and was skillfully repainted by Gary. 11"W x 8"H x 6-1/2"D. Add $38 for domestic shipping.
