General Electric L-500 (1941)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

General Electric L-500 (1941)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Cute as a button! This small (9-1/4"W x 6"H x 5"D) radio has a standard All-American Five chassis and performs well, pulling in stations with its long wire antenna. Chassis has been fully-serviced, freshly re-capped, tubes checked, controls lubricated, and alignment performed. The brown Bakelite swirl cabinet is free from cracks and damage; there is a small oval dimple to the left of the dial scale that is a "character mark" from the original manufacturing. The dial window is a brand-new crystal-clear replacement from Mark Palmquist and shows off the lighted, sharp-looking dial scale. Grab this little champ and add it to your collection!
