What a beautiful Detrola with the huge Network dial. These only seem to come up for sale every few years or so, as they are quite difficult to acquire and treasured by most serious collectors. I've had this one in my office many years and it is now time to pass it on to another loving home. The cabinet has been refinished using the very finest toning and finishing lacquers, producing a lovely finish. The electronics have been completely restored (no shortcut repairs and it is internally fused for your safety), and it plays very nicely on the AM broadcast band and also has the old "police" shortwave band. I've added an MP3 input for your listening enjoyment should you wish listen to your own supplied music, such as Johnny Mercer or The Andrews Sisters. 14"W x 10"H x 7"D.
