The "boomerang" style dial was one of Zenith's last production runs before they switched over to WW II production for the war effort. Amazing case designed by Robert Budlong, one of Zenith's most proficient and gifted designers. The smooth finish, which appears to be original, was gently cleaned and carefully waxed. The electronics have been completely restored (no shortcut repairs and it is internally fused for safety). This radio retains its original backing. Reception on the AM broadcast band is excellent, which is what you'd expect from a Zenith. I've added an MP3 input for your listening enjoyment should you wish listen to your own supplied music, such as Glenn Miller or Benny Goodman. Enjoy! 14"W x 9"H x 7"D.
