Everyone knows Firestone for their tires, but did you know they also sold home appliances and even radios back in the day? Take a look at the colorful dial and that wonderful propeller style dial pointer, now take a look at the Art Deco influenced automotive style grille they put on this lovely radio. Oh what an absolute beauty! The electronics have been completely restored (no shortcut repairs and it is internally fused for your safety). The reception is excellent both on AM and Shortwave broadcasts, plus it has its original back, which contains an internal antenna. I have also added a mini-jack so you can play media from your MP3 player, or another audio input source, you'll have the potential for hours upon hours of unlimited listening enjoyment.
