THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This Zenith is a wonderful pre-WWII example, rarely seen, especially in such nice original condition. Quite a beautiful cabinet design with its front turned columns and beautiful black dial. The cabinet's finish is original and shiny, with very little wear considering it's over 75 years old. This is what I call a "True Survivor." It also features what Zenith called its Radiorgan tone controls, where you can add either bass, treble or both tones to enhance the sound. This is by far one of the most selective and wonderful radios I have ever had the pleasure of listening to in nearly 30 years as a collector! Another feature are the five preselect station pushbuttons, which may be adjusted to add your favorite stations. With AM broadcast and two Shortwave bands, there will always be something for you to listen to. The electronics have been completely restored, meaning you'll be able to enjoy listening to this amazing Zenith safely and reliably for years to come. 16"W x 14-1/2"H x 11"D. |
