Offered here for the first time on the Attic is this beautiful Art Deco "Cele," which is highly desirable for any collector. It's just plain drop-dead gorgeous with its double ended curves, bright colorful reverse painted dial, gold background and black accents. Lots and lots of Art Deco influence here for sure. It is pretty uncommon for a wooden radio to have retained its back through all the years, but this one somehow stayed with the radio. This Silver has both the AM broadcast band and a shortwave band, though the AM broadcast is typically much more active. The cabinet has been very lovingly restored using the finest wood fillers, stains and lacquers, bringing out the wonderful rich colors. The electronics have been completely restored to insure your enjoyable listening pleasure for a very long time to come. Buy it for yourself or gift it to someone special. 15"W x 8"H x 6-1/4"D.
