Zenith R511-V "Broadway" (1954)
(plastic tube table radio)

Zenith R511-V "Broadway" (1954)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This Zenith is about as beautiful as it gets, especially in red! The nickname for it is "Broadway" and you can certainly see why! It is a big hit! The red color is made into the plastic, it is not a painted radio. So very shiny and it plays just superb. The dial is backlit and ingeniously the dial light follows the metal dial indicator, glowing through the case, making it one of the coolest radios to tune in the dark! A small stress crack is in the very most center back top rear, which is quite typical for most every plastic radio of this era. You'll likely never find one this nice that plays this well and in the most rare of all colors, red. The case and metal accents have been carefully polished and the electronics have been restored for years of enjoyment. You are going to love owning this one! 11-3/4"W x 5-3/4"H x 5-3/4"D.
