Airline was Montgomery Wards stores' own private label radio brand, which was sold nationwide. As you would expect from a large retailer, various manufacturers supplied their products according to marketing and distribution demands. This is an amazing molded dark brown Bakelite radio with push buttons and a beautiful magic eye tube. No flaws nor cracks; it's absolutely beautiful and plays amazingly. Its cabinet has been carefully hand polished and the electronics have been restored. 13"W x 8-1/4"H x 7"D.
