Stewart-Warner 07-5R4 (1939)
(wood tube table radio)

Stewart-Warner 07-5R4 (1939)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here's something that you just don't see every day and I'm totally serious. An absolutely stunning highly Art Deco influenced Stewart Warner. Look at the stepped top, curved sides and vertical grille bars on both sides of the front. Then take a gander at the amazing wood veneer and how it meets at an angle in the front center. Wow, what a beautiful radio and it even has its original back! You'll appreciate its reception on both the standard AM broadcast band, plus shortwave as well, which provides quite interesting listening enjoyment in the evenings. When I finished restoring the electronics and the cabinet, well, I came so very close to keeping this one myself and not offering it up for sale. However, since most of the other radios in my home have become "jealous" of this beautiful set, I've got to pass it on to keep peace in my own radio family. It's ready for a new home, yours! 13-1/2"W x 7-1/2"H x 5-1/2"D.
