Emerson 510 (1946)
(wood tube table radio w/Aux or BT)

Emerson 510 (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This Emerson 510 has a thick ivory Plaskon grille and a teal stamped brass dial for a striking look. The walnut veneer cabinet has been refinished with a nice hand-rubbed piano finish using grain filler and a durable lacquer. Another unique feature of the cabinet is its molded plastic back, which was very unusual in its day. The All American Five chassis has been thoroughly restored to like-new reception with all new capacitors, a full RF/IF alignment, and a strong set of tubes. Sound quality and sensitivity are excellent. A new polarized power cord has been installed, along with modified hot-side power switch wiring to bring it up to more modern safety standards. This is a radio you can use every day. The dial light with the brass dial has a nice visual effect in a darkened room. 11"W x 9"H x 6-1/2"D.
