THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here's a well-preserved classic Philco cathedral for your collection. For those of you who value originality, this radio has its original finish in decent condition; the grille cloth, speaker, knobs, dial and bright brass escutcheon are also original. Even the power cord and plug are original and are in safe operating condition. Inside the chassis, everything has been updated to make this radio perform like new, with a full set of new capacitors, new resistors where needed, new rubber tuner and chassis mounts, a strong set of tubes, and a full RF and IF alignment with dial calibration. The seven-tube chassis has all the latest technology for 1932, including a modern detector and AVC for good sound quality, an RF amplification stage for superb sensitivity, and a powerful output stage for plenty of sound. A fuse has been added to the power supply for improved safety. The lighted shadow dial is precise and parallax-free. The small center knob is power, the left knob is tone, and the right knob is volume. 18-1/4"H x 15-1/2"W x 10-1/2"D.
