| Black dial pre-War Zenith in a beautiful original finish solid walnut case, one of only a few Zenith cases attributed to the Ingraham Cabinet Company. This was one of the last production runs before Zenith switched over to wartime operations. This case really looks fantastic, no cosmetic problems. The radio has a unique design where tube heat is released through slats in the top of the case. The chassis has been gone over by a professional, and all tubes, resistors and capacitors that required changing were replaced. The six-tube chassis is playing fine, picking up all my local AM stations clearly, and distant stations at night. The dial lamp works fine. It has its original "Z" knobs, "Z" dial pointer, and a perfect new replacement back. I have had several, but this one is right at the top of the list. About 11-1/2"W x 7"H x 6-1/2"D. |
