Westinghouse 501 (1948)
Westinghouse 501 (1948)
Canadian Westinghouse 1948 Retro radio in colorful gray Plaskon. These sets came in several pastel colors and are very hard to find in pristine condition due to the cases suffering from hairline cracks. They are described as three-way sets, in that they can sit on either side, or on the end in an upright position, or they can be hung on a wall. This case is in excellent condition, with no cosmetic issues like cracks, chips or hairline cracks. Its orange "clown" nose really makes it stand out when lit up. The chassis has been gone over by a pro, and the radio is playing fine picking up all my local AM stations clearly. The original back is on the set and in good condition. A nice color for your collection. About 9"W/H x 6"H/W x 5-1/2"D.  $196.00. (1150773)
