THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

A Motorola Retro atomic design radio from 1954 in a completely original gray Bakelite case with a yellow front metal grille. The design of this radio was inspired by 1950's auto dashboards. The case has had no repairs and has no cosmetic damage like cracks, chips or hairline cracks, just a very few minor paint chips. The original back is on the set, and the radio has been recapped, all tubes checked, and is playing very well picking up all my local AM stations clearly. It even has its original butterscotch color coordinated knobs with the metal inserts in place, which are often missing. This is a fantastic Retro Motorola radio from the early 1950’s. They came in several colors, and gray is a difficult color to find, especially in this condition. The size is about 11-1/2"W x 6-1/2"H x 7"D (to end of the knobs).
