Philco PT-43 (1939)

Philco PT-43 (1939)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
This late 30's Philco Transitone is one of the most Art Deco radios ever made. This model was introduced in August 1939. The walnut finish on this cabinet has been completely refinished in toning lacquer, and looks fantastic. The Plaskon trim is also in great condition. There is one very tiny line on the bottom rib, right above the "Philco" name, hardly noticeable at all. It has its original handle, knobs and label on the bottom. The back is a perfect replacement. This radio has two bands, AM and the old Police Dick Tracy police band. The chassis has been checked by a pro, and the radio is playing fine, picking up all my local AM stations clearly. It has an absolutely killer dial when lit up. About 9"W x 6"H x 6"D.
