Truetone D-2610 (1946)

Truetone D-2610 (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
A must have in any radio collection, this Truetone is in really nice condition in its swirled Bakelite case. No cosmetic issues other than a scratch or two and no repairs. Beautiful large colorful dial and a brand new clear dial cover. The "Truetone" name is illuminated when the radio is turned on. This radio was a brand sold in Western Auto Stores. It's all 100% original, with metal back cover and complete labels on the bottom. The radio is playing very well with no annoying filter hum, picking up all my local AM stations. This radio exhibits an Art Deco design and smooth case lines much earlier than its 1946 date. Almost midget sized at 10"W x 7"H x 6"D.
