THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
A 1940 streamlined bullet shaped Zenith in a showroom shiny Bakelite case that is in beautiful condition. No damage, no cracks, no chips, no problems. This is one of the classic Zenith radios designed by Robert Davol Budlong that we all love the great streamline shape. They were originally farm sets powered by battery, before rural electrification in America. But the good news is that this classic set has been converted from battery to AC, so you are able to just plug it in and listen to your favorite AM stations. An extended length of antenna wire will help pull in stations. I have included about 6' of wire. It has a perfect replacement back on it, everything else is original. The size is about 13"W x 7-1/2"H x 6"D. |
