THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
An early post-War GE radio with shiny brass trim and an excellent case with no cracks, chips or cosmetic issues. The Bakelite looks really nice with a lot of swirling. This model features six tubes, so reception is really great, no filter hum and tunes in all my local stations and many distant stations at night. It has a beautiful dial when lit up, and a perfect Retro-Tronics replacement back. The knobs are original and still have their brass inserts. This model was one of few models made with the attractive brass front grille. It has its original label on the bottom. About 12"W x 7"H x 7"D. |
