Zenith 6-D-525 (1941)
(wood tube table radio)

Zenith 6-D-525 (1941)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Beautiful black dial Zenith with a solid walnut case from 1941, purportedly one of the few radio cases made by the Ingraham Cabinet Company for Zenith. This case is in its original finish with just a scratch or two, no significant cosmetic issues. Great looking "Z" knobs, and the dial lamp works fine. It has its original back, usually always missing. Zenith engineers designed slats in the top of the case to vent heat build-up. Sometimes referred to as the "Toaster." The radio has been completely gone over by a professional, and is playing very well, picking up all my local AM stations easily. "Zenith! The Quality Goes In Before the Name Goes On." About 12"W x 7"H x 7"D.
