THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
At the end of WWII, everyone liked to listen to world news on short wave. Crosley offered this handsome American Overseas model with both an AM and a SW band, in a beautiful brown Bakelite cabinet with a standout colored dial. The radio has been gone over by a pro, and plays very well on AM, with some stronger SW stations picked up at night. Partial label on the bottom, and a reconstructed back. Brand new plastic dial cover in place. No cracks, chips or other cosmetic issues. A very nice example of this post-War set not seen too often. About 11"W x 7-1/2"H x 6"D. |
