FADA 790 AM/FM (1948)

FADA 790 AM/FM (1948)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
This great vintage FADA radio is wonderful to listen to, because you can tune in both AM and FM broadcasting programming. This model 790 was an early FADA entry into both AM & FM reception, when FM broadcasting was quite new. This beautiful brown Bakelite case has no chips, cracks or hairline cracks, and still has a lot its showroom shine. The set has been checked by a professional, and is playing good on AM & excellent on FM. Four front knobs for off/on & tone, volume, tuning and band. It has its original back, grille cloth, brassy grille cover and label on the bottom. A great part of FADA history and case design, as well as a great set to listen to a wide variety of programming. About 14"W x 8"H x 7"D.
