Bendix radio in a swirled brown Polystyrene case from 1946. This model shares the same design as the Bendix Catalin 526C version, and it is an unusual design made of four pieces of Polystyrene fitted together. This swirled brown with white and tan is a color seldom found in plastic radios. Radio is in beautiful original condition and really shows off the marbleized color. The fragile Polystyrene sections and trim are in perfect original condition with no cracks, chips, burns or repairs. The knobs and back are original, and there is a complete label on the bottom. The plastic dial is also in perfect condition. The radio is playing very well with no filter hum at all. About 11"W x 7"H x 6-1/2"D.
