Emerson 544-S (1947)
(wood tube table radio)

Emerson 544-S (1947)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Midget sized Emerson whose design is attributed to famous industrial designer Norman Bel Geddes. The radio has a killer contrasting teal, yellow & red dial. The wooden case is in excellent condition, no veneer problems. The radio is playing very well, picking up all my local AM stations. The knobs are correct, and the back is in excellent shape. Emerson made this model with two different dials. This is the rarer teal & yellow dial with contrasting red dial pointer. Really stands out when playing in a darkened room. About 10-1/2"W x 7"H x 5-1/2"D.
