THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This Zenith with a "boomerang" style dial was one of Zenith's last production runs before switching over to WWII production. Wonderful case design by Robert Budlong, one of Zenith's most prolific radio designers. Four pushbuttons for "Voice, Alto, Treble & Bass." Two front butterscotch knobs with original grille cloth. This case is in beautiful original condition. No veneer issues, no splits or other problems. A reproduction Retro-Tronics back is in place. The radio is playing very well, picking up all my local AM stations. The chassis has been gone over by a pro, replacing everything that needed replacing. About 12-1/2"W x 7-1/2"H x 6-1/2"D. |
