THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
A beautiful 1939 Emerson housed in a professionally refinished Ingraham Clock Company walnut case. Ingraham made many beautiful cases for late 1930's radio companies, but I believe they made the most for Emerson Radio & Television. This is a radio not seen very often. The case is in excellent condition, with no veneer problems. The Ingraham tag is on the bottom, and the model number is stamped on the back. The chassis has been checked by a pro, and all tubes, resistors, and capacitors that needed replacing were changed. The radio is playing fine with no annoying filter hum. Nice bright dial lamp thru a brand new clear dial lens. The radio is AM and SW, and the SW is the old 1930's police band. About 12-1/2"W x 8-1/2"H x 7"D. |
