THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This Zenith tabletop set is an icon of the Art Deco period. Designed by Robert Budlong, one of Zenith's most prolific design engineers, it is a classic in any radio collection. The radio has to its credit an appearance in one of MGM's Mickey Rooney & Judy Garland movies, "Strike Up the Band." This Franciscan brown set originally sold for $14.95. The case is in very nice shiny condition, with no cracks, chips or hairline cracks. It has been checked by a pro, and plays fine with no annoying filter hum. Excellent condition replacement back on the set. About 10-1/2"W x 6-1/2"H x 7"D.
