THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Pre-War black-dial Zenith in a beautiful professionally refinished solid walnut case, one of only a few Zenith cases attributed to the Ingraham Cabinet Co. These solid walnut cases really look terrific after they are refinished, just like the day they came off the showroom floor. The radio has a unique design where tube heat is released through slats in the case. The chassis has been gone over by a pro, and all tubes, resistors and capacitors that required changing were replaced. The radio is playing fine, picking up all my local AM stations with no annoying filter hum. The dial lamp work fine. It has its original "Z" knobs, "Z" dial pointer, and a Retro-Tronics replacement back. I think you would have to look a long time to find a better one. About 11-1/2"W x 7"H x 6-1/2"D. |
