THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
The Emerson Radio & Television Company put many of their late 1930?s radios into cases manufactured by the Ingraham Clock Company. Benjamin Abrams, who was running Emerson at the time, had noticed these exquisite clock cases made by Ingraham, and wanted to sell his radios in these cases. This is a beautiful completely restored example of those radios. It has inlay red stripe highlights and a great deco design. The chassis has been restored by a professional, and the radio is playing well picking up all my local AM stations. The original Ingraham label is on the bottom. Nice original handle on top. Midget sized at about 9"W x 8"H x 7"D. |
