THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
A very hard to find radio from one of the largest West coast radio manufacturers. The Gilfillan Brothers made radios from 1924 until about 1948. This deco designed bullet was one of their last. The radio has incredible styling, very different from the FADA versions. The case is in excellent condition, with no cracks, chips or hairline cracks. It just has a scratch or two. The knobs are original, and it has its original back as well. The dial lamp is functioning, and the radio is playing well picking up all my local AM stations with no annoying hum. The same set just sold last week on another unmentioned website for $236. I would consider this set a steal. |
