Where do you start naming-dropping the artists that spent time on Decca Records: der Bingle, Ella, Andrew Sisters, Bill Haley, Paul McCartney, Luciano, Mills Bros., the Rolling Stones, etc.! Yep, even the Stones! The relationship between these artists and radio was synonymous with great music! And, a little known by-product in the U.S. was a really great looking black Bakelite clock radio (also in Plaskon)! This handsome little guy has been electronically reconditioned with new capacitors including electrolytics and all out of tolerance resistors have been replaced. The five tubes are strong.
