THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
You've heard of a Weekend Warrior, right? Well, this little rare bugger is an original factory ivory paint job metal Arvin TTW; a Three Tube Warrior! Can you believe this guy was around in 1939! Just after they invented electricity! Okay, this is a three tube radio that needs a fairly long antenna which I have provided. It is not designed for long distance radio stations, but rather, ones that are fairly close and not too far from where you live. The case as you can see survived very nicely. A few touch ups here and there but, over all a Jim Dennis "Scale of Beauty Eye Poppin' Special!" Electronically reconditioned with new paper, electrolytic capacitors and, all out of tolerance resistors replaced. The three tubes are strong. If you'd like additional pictures please let me know. 6-1/2"W x 5-1/4"H x 4"D. |
