Stewart-Warner 9160 (1952)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

Stewart-Warner 9160 (1952)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Just cuter than a bugs ear! We've all heard the expression, but it really applies to this little S-W midget radio from back in the day. A distinctively swirled chocolate brown Bakelite case and really groovy dial and on/off knobs that appears to be either Bakelite or Lucite. Reminds me of Butterscotch candy. It would look terrific with this gray S-W as a shelf-mate! Electronically reconditioned and aligned with new paper and electrolytic capacitors and out of tolerance resistors were replaced. The five tubes are strong, too! A Jim Dennis Scale of Beauty "Candy Store Special!"! If you'd like additional pictures please let me know. 8-1/2"W x 5-1/2"H x 4-1/2"D.
