Maple syrup, that's what this gorgeous original walnut finish Philco reminds me of! So smooth and soft. How many 74 year old things can you say that about? Anyway, I won't go there. As y'all know it's been electronically reconditioned, aligned with all new paper, electrolytic and a few mica capacitors, too. Most all the resistors have been replaced. A new power cord has been added! The five tubes are strong. There's an external antenna connection for greater station sensitivity. Plays nice!
