RCA 9X-651 (1950)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

RCA 9X-651 (1950)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

You got to give it to RCA; they built beautiful, distinctive, solid, long-lasting radios! Heck, they could have used them for bombs in the Korean War... you know, drop them from planes! Seriously, this brown Bakelite beauty is as sturdy today as it was when it was built in 1950! And, it plays just as well, too! Electronically gone over, tuned and aligned. It has an external antenna connection for AM and a hank of RCA factory wire for S/W. All six tubes are strong and the tube layout is on the bottom of the case. A Jim Dennis "Scale of Beauty" medal winner! If you'd like additional pictures let me know.
