Artone 300 (1957)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

Artone 300 (1957)

If this radio were ice cream it would be called "Chocolate Swirl!" The Bakelite case inside and out is virtually flawless. This Artone is almost identical to the Olympic 7421. You don't see many Artones, however. Go figure. This one is stunningly mint! The Artone is unique in another way from the Olympic - when you turn it off the dial continues to glow. It's been recapped and the five tubes are strong! It plays wonderful! The tube layout is on the inside of the case in good shape. If you'd like additional pics please let me know.
