General Electric 475 Musaphonic (1956)
General Electric 475 Musaphonic (1956)

Personally, I think this handsome step down design separated GE from most radio manufacturers of that era. In a word, "distinctive." Excellent sound with a 5" speaker. The tubes are checked and capacitors replaced. A beautiful lighted dial! The center knob is a "pull" on/off and tone knob in one. The left knob is for a phonograph hookup. There is an input for a record player in the back. The back is in very good shape. This radio has minor wear but not bad considering it is fifty years old.
