THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

First offered in Zenith's 1936 Fall model lineup, this beautifully designed cabinet with its rounded finned shoulders and burl walnut veneer patterns was quite a big hit with the public. Everyone loved then (and now) the big black backlit dial with the white "Z" airplane style pointer and red split-second pointer. It is a wonderful performing radio, having three bands: AM broadcast and two short wave bands. It has been electronically restored and plays great. The cabinet has been nicely refinished. It's so neat when you turn it on and the dial lights up in several different colors and looks outstanding (see photos). I can add an Aux In so you can listen to your audio device through the radio if you would like to have that feature. 18-3/4"H x 13-1/2"W x 9-1/4"D.
