Stromberg-Carlson was well known for its commitment to quality and their products are often called the "Rolls Royce" of radios. This radio is in very nice original condition. This nine-tube set has excellent audio quality with its Class A push-pull audio in to a big 8-inch speaker. It features AM and Shortwave bands. The tuning eye is very bright and works great. This outstanding set has been electronically restored and plays great, with awesome tone quality, on both AM and Shortwave bands. This is an exceptional radio.
