Airline 62-403 "Movie Dial" Console (1935)

Airline 62-403 "Movie Dial" Console (1935)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
This was the top of the line radio offered by Airline in 1935. It's a 13-tube All Wave High Fidelity Radio. The cabinet has the original finish and is absolutely beautiful. This push pull audio, 13 tube radio sounds fantastic. The High Fidelity feature of this radio extends the frequency range from the normally found 200 to 8 kHz to 40 to 16 kHz; the tonal difference is dramatic. Crystal clear highs and really punchy bass, a real pleasure to listen to. It also features the classic movie dial display and a bright green tuning eye. The dial lights up by a bulb that projects through a piece of movie film which shows the stations call letters and their locations. It has stations from all over America that were on there air at that time. It really looks neat! The radio has been electronically restored and plays and sounds great on both AM and all of the Shortwave bands. I will gladly help with shipping and packing. Please contact me for an estimate. I have shipped many floor models. I will also hold for pick up. Don't miss the opportunity to own this extremely high quality radio.
